Melting system

Our melting system is consisted of two types, cupola furnace and tank furnace. Specific configurations are applied for the melting system of rock wool and glass wool production lines.

Particularly in melting system of rock wool production line, the general system is coke cupola furnace and tank furnace. As years of heavy investment in technology innovation and development, we have successfully innovated new types of cupola furnace, cupola furnace with natural gas system which the fuel is only natural gas and cupola furnace with coke and natural gas system which uses coke and natural gas as the fuel. Our melting system is new and energy-saving furnaces which ensure reliable melting performance and continuous operation.

In glass wool melting system, we use well developed mature technology which could melt raw materials evenly and reliably. This could result in a smooth production process and thus ensure a final quality product.
